Where do I park?

  • There is 3 hour street parking available to you all down E 15th Street where The Hair Parlour is located.

  • If you cannot find a space or your service is set to be longer than 3 hours there is a parking garage you will see a blue parking sign right before the DART station tracks — you just follow the signs and it is easily accessible for guests.

What payment methods do I accept?

I currently accept all major credit cards and debit cards, I have a card reader in salon through my booking system that allows you to have a seamless transaction experience. Cash is accepted but, no change can be given as I don’t typically have lots of cash on hand.

I’m still not sure what service to book for?

Be sure to check out my detailed and in depth service menu as it describes in great detail each service, what it costs and what is included. If you’re still not sure what to book or have specific questions, thats totally fine! Please fill out my Digital Consultation Form and I will review it and get back to you within 24 hours.

What if I want extensions?

Please, see my Extensions tab to get all the info you need on extensions and the steps you will need to take to get extension services as a new client there you will find my Extension Intake form (also linked here) please, fill that out and I will get back to you within 24 hours. You can also book a complimentary consultation at this time so you have peace of mind and a time slot secured.
